Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options for your purchases:
Air Mail for low-cost shipping of small and medium quantity orders (upto 2Kg, per single packet). Air Mail packages are typically delivered in 10-20 days.
Air Parcel Registered for orders exceeding 2 kgs. It takes between 20-45 days for packages to be delivered. The maximum weight we can ship under Air Parcel Registered is 20 kgs.
By ship for bulk orders exceeding 20 kgs. Currently, our online ordering system does not provide an automated shipping calculator for orders above 20 kilograms. Please contact us for details of shipping costs if your order is likely to exceed 20 kgs. and can be shipped only by sea.
Our risk and responsibility ceases on delivery of goods to the Carriers/Post Office.
Returns Policy
Purchases are returnable and refundable only in case of printing/binding/production defect. Please report all claims within 30 days from the date of shipping or 5 days from the date of receipt. Please mention Order number & date and Invoice number(s) in your correspondence with us.
